Using Preseen

By accessing Preseen, you agree to these terms and any order form or contract that applies to your organization. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Preseen for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Accounts and connections

Keep your account, API keys, and connected-client access secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your credentials and for granting AI clients only the permissions you intend. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access and revoke affected credentials or connections.

Forecasts are informational

Forecasts are probabilistic, may rely on incomplete or inaccurate sources, and may contain errors. They are not financial, investment, legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using Preseen and should obtain qualified advice where appropriate.

Your content

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Preseen the rights needed to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that your content and instructions do not violate law or another person's rights.

Acceptable use

You may not use Preseen to:

• break the law or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• bypass quotas, safeguards, permissions, or rate limits;
• distribute malware or materially disrupt the service; or
• misrepresent generated forecasts as guaranteed outcomes.

Paid usage and third-party services

Forecast runs and recurring schedules may consume paid quota under your organization's plan. A connector action has the same usage effect as the corresponding action in Preseen. Third-party AI clients, source websites, model providers, and linked services are governed by their own terms; Preseen is not responsible for those services.

Service changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access for security risks, nonpayment, material breach, legal requirements, or abuse. You may stop using the service and disconnect clients at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Preseen is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Preseen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service. Any signed agreement with your organization controls where it conflicts with these online terms.
