Privacy policy

Information we process

• Account information, including your email address, name, organization, role, authentication records, and preferences.
• Content you provide, including questions, resolution criteria, forecast instructions, uploaded context, chat messages, schedules, and feedback.
• Forecast results and supporting research generated at your request.
• Service and security data, including IP address, device and browser data, request timing, authentication events, rate-limit activity, and diagnostic logs.
• Contract, billing, and usage information associated with your organization.

AI connectors

When you connect Preseen to ChatGPT, Claude.ai, Perplexity, or another MCP client, that client sends the tool inputs you approve and receives the corresponding Preseen results. We store the client identity, granted permissions, connection timestamps, hashed OAuth credentials, and tool usage needed to operate and secure the connection. We do not receive your password for the AI client.

The AI client is a separate service with its own privacy practices. Review that provider's policy before connecting it. Disconnecting revokes the Preseen grant but does not delete copies already processed by the client.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve forecasts, authenticate users, enforce permissions and contracts, secure and troubleshoot the service, communicate about your account, measure product performance, comply with law, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and model providers

Preseen uses cloud hosting, database, email, analytics, observability, web-research, and AI model providers to deliver the service. Content may be sent to those providers when necessary to complete your request. We limit access to the information needed for each function and use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.

Retention and security

We retain account content and forecast history while your account or organization needs the service, and retain security, contractual, and legal records for appropriate periods afterward. Access tokens are short-lived; refresh tokens are rotated and can be revoked. No system is perfectly secure, but we use access controls, encryption in transit, hashed credentials, tenant checks, logging, and operational monitoring to protect the service.

Your choices

You may update account information in Preseen, revoke API keys and AI connections, or ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal information where applicable. Some records may be retained when needed for security, contractual, or legal obligations.

Children and international processing

Preseen is not directed to children under 18. Information may be processed in countries other than your own where Preseen and its service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards.
